Fee Payment

• All subscription fees must be paid weekly and it will be deducted automatically from the user’s credit card.
• No fee adjustment will be allowed.
• The subscription fee is non-transferable to another client.
• An initial registration fee will be charged.
• It is the user's responsibility to update any change in credit card details. The user’s account will be placed on an initial risk category for any default in payment for 1 week.
• The user’s account will be disabled if any payment defaults continue for more than 2 weeks.
• We charge AU$50 to reinstate the user’s account in the event of any payment defaults.

Refund

• No refund will be provided.
• The user can cancel or de-register the account at any time and no subscription fee will be charged from the following week.
